The index comprises two main parts. Part one contains bibliographical information about the 424 original works (monographic, methodic, and experimental ones and reviews) and case works, assigned to thematic categories. Within these categories, papers are listed in alphabetical order according to the name of the author (or the first co-author). The titles are given in English and in Polish (if the work has versions in both languages), or in Polish and English (if the work is in Polish and has an English summary). The titles of the works without a Polish version are listed exclusively in English, and those without an English summary – exclusively in Polish. After the title, the year of publication is provided, as well as the issue number, and the pages where the paper can be found.

The second part of the index covers 197 works of an informative character (i.e. reports from congresses, symposiums and conferences, incidental articles, communications, bibliographies) and also has a thematic index. Within particular themes, the works have been arranged in chronological order under the topic or author entry. The titles are given in both Polish and English, and after them – similarly to part one – the year of publication, the issue number and page number.
